Winemaking process

Soft press and destemming. The grapes are fermented separately, without controlled temperature, for 15 days the Cabernet and 20 days the Merlot, then blended after the malo-lactic fermentation and aged sur lies exclusively in stainless steel tanks for ten months, with continuous batonnages to preserve the aromas and achieve volume and softness. Bottle-ageing for at least two years before release.

Tasting notes

Ruby red colour.
Complex elegant bouquet of carob, black fruit, plum jam, and a balsamic hint. The first sip is balanced, full-bodied with soft and well integrated tannins Freshness and sapidity linger into a long finish.
